Place 1000gms water in jug.

place noodles in steamer basket (if using rice noodles, place in basket with 6 minutes leftbe guided by packet instructions),,

Place prepared vegetables in varoma and steam for 20min.

meanwhile, grate ginger and garlic, and mix in a large bowl with soy, sesame oil and rice wine.

Fry eggs to your liking, about three minutes before steaming is donea runny yolk is delicious mixed through the noodles.

As the eggs fry, mix the noodles and steamed vegetables through the dressing. Divide amongst plates, and top with fried eggs.

A nice touch is to serve with wedges of lemon/lime, chilli sauce or chopped chilli, and toasted sesame seed
