The problem with exercise is that most people feel like they need to make it a “thing.” You pay for an expensive gym membership, and you go, but the rest of your life is pretty much sedentary. It doesn’t have to be like that, though; sometimes it’s as simple as walking around more, or just moving in any way possible. As I mentioned in another book, I recently replaced my office chair with a yoga ball. Now my body is constantly working to stay upright, even when I don’t actively notice it doing so.
